THE CLIENT

Falco Construction Limited are a multi-utility services for Contestable and Non-Contestable works based in Canning Town, London. Due to the type of work performed, Falco have a number of remote workers at client sites who require access to company data remotely.

THE PROBLEM

The main issues with Sharepoint environment was the various sync and usability issues staff was experiencing on a day-to-day basis. Management found an increase in support tickets resulting in reduced user productivity and performance.

OUR APPROACH

After performing a full IT review on the SharePoint environment, we recommended a migration path to migrate the existing SharePoint data to Microsoft Azure private infrastructure, whilst minimizing downtime for all staff. Our strategic IT guidance has given Falco Construction has improved user productivity and reduced the amount of support calls.

RESULTS

The Microsoft Azure private infrastructure reduced the number of support calls almost overnight which resulted in increased user productivity and improved accessibility of the systems. Users are now able to perform job functions without issues and still able to securely work remotely if needed.

hudson Sandler LLP are a global creative communications consultancy company based in Farringdon, London. With multiple global site locations around the world. Hudson Sandler LLP required dedicated onsite IT engineers based in the London office.
